Information we process

When you send an enquiry, we process the name, email address, selected enquiry type and message you submit, solely to respond and manage your request. We use our transactional email service to deliver enquiries to our business inbox and do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information, particularly about minors. When you purchase a guide, Stripe processes payment details and provides us with transaction information including your email address, the guide purchased, the payment status and a checkout session reference. Our transactional email provider sends your purchase and download confirmation. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

How we use it

We use the information to deliver your purchase, respond to support requests, handle any refunds or legal obligations, and maintain transaction records where required. These activities may rely on performing our contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests as applicable. We do not add purchasers to a marketing list automatically.

Third parties and retention

Payment processing is provided by Stripe; transactional and enquiry email delivery by Resend; website hosting by Vercel. Enquiries may be retained in our business inbox for correspondence and follow-up, subject to applicable privacy obligations. Each may process information in accordance with its own contractual privacy commitments. Purchase information may be retained as required for tax, accounting and disputes.
